Herbal Cleanse Instructions

The following is the recommended cleanse and eating plan for days 1 - 10. You don't have to be perfect, shoot for 80% to get the results you want. Remember, your results will directly reflect your ability to follow the plan.

Day 1 - 3

Upon Rising: Spark and 3 Catalyst.
30 Minutes Later: Fiber Drink and Meal Replacement Shake.
Mid-Morning Snack
Lunch
Mid-Afternoon: 3 Catalyst and Spark (if needed.) Wait 30 minutes to have mid-afternoon snack.
Dinner
Immediately Before Bed: "Herbal Cleanse" pack inside green box.


Day 4 - 7

Upon Rising: Spark, 3 Catalyst, and Probiotic Restore Packet.
30 Minutes Later: Meal Replacement Shake (No Fiber Drink).
Mid-Morning Snack
Lunch
Mid-Afternoon: 3 Catalyst and Spark (if needed.) Wait 30 minutes to have mid-afternoon snack.
Dinner
Immediately Before Bed: "Herbal Cleanse" pack inside green box.

Day 8 - 10

Upon Rising: Spark and 3 Catalyst.
30 Minutes Later: Fiber Drink and Meal Replacement Shake.
Mid-Morning Snack
Lunch
Mid-Afternoon: 3 Catalyst and Spark (if needed.) Wait 30 minutes to have mid-afternoon snack.
Dinner
Immediately Before Bed: "Herbal Cleanse" pack inside green box.

For best results during the cleanse phase follow these guidelines:
  • Drink 12 - 8 oz. glasses of water a day.
  • Include a mid-morning snack and a mid-afternoon snack (fruit is best for cleansing).
  • Lunch and dinner choices should be made up of lean protein with salad, greens, or lightly cooked vegetables (refer to the grocery list).
